Visiting the website

Our website is run by an external hosting service. When you visit it, the hosting service processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, the time of access, the page requested and information about your browser.

We don’t use cookies or advertising tools. Fonts and images are loaded directly from this website.

Visitor statistics

To understand how our website is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no profiles. It records aggregated information such as pages viewed, loading times, referring page, country, and device and browser type. Your IP address is only used to transmit the data and is not stored for the statistics.

Quote requests

When you send a request through our form, we process the details you enter: the services you need, postcode, preferred date, size or scope, your message, your name, email address and – if you provide it – your phone number. We use these details only to answer your request and prepare a quote.

Your request is delivered to us by email through an email service and is not stored on the website. If you choose “Open email” instead, the text opens in your own email program and you decide whether to send it.

A spam-protection check runs in the last step of the form. It processes technical data such as your IP address.

Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you share with us – usually your name, contact details and information about the job – to deal with your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry out the work.

Google Maps

Our contact and service area pages can show a Google map of our address. It only loads after you click “Show map”. Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) then processes data such as your IP address in line with its privacy policy. The map of reviewed jobs on the service area page is part of this website and loads nothing from third parties.

Reviews and external links

We show public reviews from Top-Offerten, with the abbreviated names and towns as published there. Links to Top-Offerten, Google Maps and other websites only take you there when you click them; their own privacy policies then apply.

Processing abroad

Our hosting, statistics, email and spam-protection services and Google may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards provided for by law, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request. If you book a job, we keep the related records for as long as the law requires (business records generally for ten years).

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to processing or ask to receive your data. To do so, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The version published here applies.
