When should I book?
As soon as you know your handover date. End-of-month dates fill up fast, especially in spring and autumn.
Will you be there at the handover?
Yes, if you’d like us to be. We attend the handover and take care of any cleaning points the property manager raises on the spot.
Do you offer a handover guarantee?
Yes, it can be included in your quote. If the landlord raises cleaning points at the handover, we come back and put them right.
Does the apartment have to be empty?
Ideally, yes – with the furniture already moved out. If some things are left behind, just let us know. We can take care of disposal too.
What does it cost?
That depends on the size, the condition and any extras. After a short viewing you get a written quote.
